Experience ballet as a workout, live on Zoom. Class duration is 75 minutes for group classes and 60 minutes for private classes. Various levels of fitness welcome, including beginners.

This was my first time taking the class which was great fun.The ballet exercises really worked core muscles, which was rewarding and a great teacher too would recommend class.

It’s a great workout for any level. The teacher is very attentive and helps you with any adjustments to suit your body. There’s no cardio involved it’s all floor work but you do really work up a sweat. I haven’t done any dance for a number of years so it was nice to try this out, definitely recommend.
