4 hour workshop
A serving tray with raised borders presents a wonderful opportunity to create a few different compositions using decoupage. You will learn to apply layers of paper and build them into a pleasing composition: your own work of art to display and use at home. Once you've learned the technique, you will be able to upcycle other items - all you'll need is time, patience, and a few very affordable materials and tools.
In this workshop
During this half-day workshop, you will select papers from Gabriela's extensive collection to transform a plain wooden tray (supplied) into your unique creation through decoupage. She will guide you through the design process and show you all the tricks involved in applying layers of thin paper to a flat surface.
